Marian Stadler currently serves as a Chief Operations Officer for Ammann Czech Republic a.s. Ammann is a world-leading supplier of mixing plants, machines and services to the construction industry with core expertise in road building and transportation infrastructure.
Between 2016 - 2019 Marian Stadler served as a Vice President and director of Orifarm Supply s.r.o., a company which is operating in active re-export of medicines to Europen Union markets.
From 2003 till 2017, he was a chief in various leading positions in the automotive industry. From the position of director of the manufacturing facility, he often had managed the production of components for the production line of passenger cars. In the last two chief positions, he was responsible for starting new production factories.
In 2002, he had obtained his degree as an engineer at the Technical University in Liberec.
In 2010, he had accomplished an MBA degree at the University of Economics and Management in Prague. He had completed his education by defending his Ph.D. thesis at LIGS University in 2017.
As part of his practice, he completed a professional vocational seminar in Japan in 2004. He had also accomplished a wide range of managerial education in order to pursue new trends in modern leadership and managing manufacturing companies.
Nowadays, he is devoted to the Toyota Production System and its application to practice, the management of manufacturing companies, redirection of manufacturing methods, and the subsequent improvement process.
As a lecturer, he prefers an active attitude from students in courses and independence. On the other hand, he is happy to answer any question that is unclear to students.
His lecturer's goal is to pass on practical experience and knowledge to students. In order to help them apply them immediately to their practice.
