Hend is Alexandria Branch Deputy Manager in Misr for Central Clearing, Depository & Registry "MCDR". She is working in MCDR Alexandria Branch for more than 21 years in various positions.
Until May 2018, Hend worked as Head of Internal Audit, she was responsible for setting recommendations to all departments according to Capital Market Authority & implement new trends in auditing & continuous following up.
Previously, she worked as First Inspector in Settlement Department. Undertaking clearing & settlement transactions for securities traded on the stock market. And she worked as a Customer Service Supervisor where she learned how to satisfy customers' needs on time, serving them in good manners & handling all their situations.
From 1997 till 2000, she started as Depository Auditor in Stocks Deposit Department where she revised each stock from the bank with a high degree of accuracy.
She is a typical representative of her company in front of Alexandria University – Egypt, students, lecturers, & dean to present a brief on the role of Misr for Central Clearing Company in the Egyptian Stock Markets. She was awarded a gold award printed for “MCDR” & a certificate for her excellence in presenting the key role of the company in 2015.
Hend attained her DBA degree in March 2018 from LIGS University, Honolulu, Hawaii, and her specialization in Marketing.
She got her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Alexandria University – Egypt in collaboration with Georgia State University – Atlanta from 2009 to 2011.
During the studies, she also achieved a practical managerial experience trip in Coca-Cola Company Atlanta, Piedmont Hospital, Georgia Pacific, Bank of America & American Chamber of Commerce Atlanta. As a significant part of her practice, she achieved a new perspective in leadership & innovative methods of auditing.
She got another degree, Diploma in Financial Accounting from 2002 to 2004 in Faculty of Commerce - Alexandria University – Egypt.
She participated also in a wide range of managerial vocational training in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Styles, How to Motivate Employees, Auditing Standards, & Risk Management etc. Moreover, she has the efficiency in monitoring new trends in Internal Audit in Alexandria Branch - Egypt.
She is an author of the Dissertation Thesis: “Culture & its impact on Global Marketing” & did her defense in January 29th, 2018 achieving an Excellent grade. In addition, her publication of articles or studies on LIGS University website is: Service Marketing, Emotional Intelligence, Corporate Social Responsibility & Guerilla Marketing
As a tutor she prefers to interact directly with students, encourage them to have a new stance & innovative perspective in their studies & each one should remember to be him/herself in illustrating his/her viewpoint.
Her lecturing goals are inspiring, motivating, directing students & reminding them that information & knowledge mixed with the experience have a great & distinctive value impact in their practical life & in a particular situation.
