Use the basic characteristics of a project as opposed to BAU (business as usual), principles, processes areas (themes), six areas to be controlled in a project.
Synthesize interpersonal characteristics to evaluate their impact on team roles, group dynamics and project success.
Choose project management tools - conceptual and technological - that best suit project challenges, tasks and metrics for project completion.
Synthesise the findings and compile the final conclusions derived from the paper. Propose practical steps for implementing the findings (areas of improvement) and the direction of further research in their specific environment.
